In at least six episodes of the series' fourth season, Knepper will play Samuel, a Jim Jones type -- charismatic but evil, with a twisted sense of humor -- who will veer into the lives of all heroes. The character had been referred to as "Carnival Barker" in the series breakdown released last month.

Great thread, Cindy!
I s'pose we can add Chris Vance's role on Mental, even though he wasn't a longstanding PB cast member. Taking my review of that show to the TV thread …
There's rumors of Went being in the film Bioshock, but I've read it may never see the light of day.

Hee! I know -- one more episode of a show I don't watch that I'll have to tape. I don't watch Heroes, but I'll have to tape a few, just to see Knepper. And I don't watch Entourage ( or have HBO), so I'll have to purchase Fichtner's eps from iTunes. *sigh* Why can't they put our boys in new shows so we can all start at the beginning? Oh, yeah -- TNT was going to do that with Bill, but they threw him over for Dylan McDermott. No, I'm not bitter.

I don't get HBO either Fish but MuchmoreMusic here in Canada has been airing entourage at midnight here. What a weird show..I don't see the appeal. I must be getting old. It seemed like a bunch of young people driving around in cars trying to look hot..lol
(and throw in a lot of complaining) strange
Eta: If it makes you feel any better Fish, I loathe Dylan McDermott. LOL So NOT hot.

Well, this one is pure rumour...the premise sounds ridiculous. An underwater utopia of sinister origins..Underwater LOST. LOL I have to say, I'm surprise Went is back in the game so fast. He sounded like he wanted something more behind the scenes. www.imdb.com/title/tt1230526/

Over on the TWOP thread for The Mentalist (love that show, BTW), someone's posted a rumor that Bill is being considered for a recurring role as -- get this -- the former mentor and love interest of Robin Tunney's character.
Anybody else slightly icked-out by the thought of Veronica and Alex? Nothing against Ms. Tunney personally, but I still see her as the not-too-bright Veronica, thus, intellectually-speaking, not a good match for our former fibbie. LOL!

According to TVGuide, Went's L&O gig is one ep only. Nice that he'll play a cop -- he looks good in a uniform!

Veronica and Mahone, um, not so much! I've also seen The Mentalist and I get the same vibe from that character (i.e. not too bright).

Well, Veronica never broke out of prison, but I did see a show yesterday that Robin Tunney starred in before she became Lincoln Burrow's ill-fated lawyer. "Twilight Zone," the new series hosted by Forest Whitaker (BTW, I can't stand him since he played that mean protagonist to Michael Chiklis on "The Shield."), the ep entitled "Developing," filmed in 2003. Tunney plays a photographer whose dead husband appears to her in her photos. She looked the same, although she had long pigtails (!) in some scenes. Close ups from the side, however, REALLY showed off her collagen-injected lips that I had never noticed before but will from now on. She also was wearing those horrid low-rise skin-tight pants she fancies in "The Mentalist." I HATE them, especially since she also HAS to be wearing those old snap-crotch '60s body shirts. Both fashion styles need to be burned. But I digress.
Has Wentworth been on L&O yet? I've never seen that show, but will watch to see WW.

I know the pics from the set have been up a long time but I'm not sure of the air date. Maybe it's for the new fall season. I'll snoop around at twop--see if they say anything.

Hey, thanks for that sneak peek vid link, Cindy. I have to say, I can't remember WHAT made me crush on WM so hard way back when ... I hated that clip and his "acting" in it. It was so Michael Scofield! But I'll watch anyway, just to make sure I'm still completely over him. Heh.
