Thanks for finding that fish--sounds like a mixed bag. I must admit, I'm surprised DP got "snapped up" lol

After a long absence (ever since Mahone killed him), Peter Stormare has been keeping me company this week! This is on one of my PBS channels tonight:
"Leaps and Bounds" (2007): A Kurdish boy tries to join the school high-jump team while staying with a family in Sweden. Starring Ali Ali, Peter Stormare, Per Fritzell, Ronas Gemici, Telar Hirani

I just fastforwarded through the PB movie...talk about lame. The only thing good about it is it closes the door on it all and it's going in Mom's stocking alomg with Season 4:-) What a "rushed" movie...then it just has this abrupt ending..yuck!

PB writers just shoved our faces in it with that movie. Killing Went was such a cop-out, an easy fix to the controversy of whether MS should go to jail to pay for T-Bag killing all those people. At least there used to be plenty of "morals" debates on TWoP back in the day. I still say he should have sailed away on that little boat with Sarah and the backpack full of money. Mahone should have gone to jail (not SONA, either) for the drug plant on the Christina Rose to pay him back for stealing that from Michael. Bellick should have gone back to work at Fox River and taken his mom to dinner at Red Lobster. Dom and LJ should have opened the scuba shop (which I guess they did) in Panama with that pretty chick, Chris Vance's ex-girl. What's wrong with a little happy ending for all? TV is suppose to be pretty much fantasy anyway, right?
Ha, funny that you are giving your mom the lame movie for Christmas. LOL!

I found this little blurb over at prisonbreakbuff.com I wasn't really a Jodi fan, but figured I would put the update here anyway...
Jodi Lyn O’Keefe has been cast in a new Hallmark film! Thanks to Official Jodi Lyn O’Keefe fansite for the tip
Jodi will be joining Justin Bruening, Constance Marie and Eric Roberts in original film “Class,” which will air in 2010.
In “Class,” Bruening plays a privileged law student who is given the responsibility to aid O’Keefe’s financially challenged single mother. Marie plays the professor of Bruening’s character, and Roberts plays his father.

While it's not PB-related, I ran across Grey's Anatomy's Dr. Erica Hahn in S3 of Weeds, some four eps, playing a nurse, the ex-wife of Nancy's dead DEA husband. She was excellent in the role. I wish she hadn't gotten fired from Grey's. I liked her better than Callie, who just bugs me. But then, a lot about Grey's bugs me.
Speaking of Jodi O'Keefe, is anything happening with that Cherry Hill women's prison show? Or did the writers doing such a poor job of ending PB make the network put that in the dumpster? (Or 'tip' to you Peanut!)

I'm starting season one of weeds as soon as I can get to the library--they're holding season 1 for me..I had it last yr but never got around to. I liked Hahn too until she went bananas at the end of her Grey's Run.
I'm guessing they dumped Cherry Hill--haven't heard a peep about it---think they got out of the prison business.

Hahn disappeared without a trace off Grey's, I didn't hear or know she or the actress who played her "went bananas." I heard ABC fired her. Her "exit" on Grey's was explained by a few lines of dialogue, then that was that for her character.

Yes, they apparently decided to opt out of the gay storyline but oddly now they are back in one--just with a new girlfriend. She got upset over Izzie "stealing" the heart for Denny. If I remember right, she hadn't known who was in on it and that Izzie intentionally "cut the wires" so Denny could have the heart. Callie said something along the lines of "Izzie learned her lesson" and Hahn wanted to report her to the board. When Callie wouldn't support this, Hahn left. At least, that's what I remember of it.

Yesterday "Go" was on, featuring William Fichtner as a nark. Also starring were Jay Mohr, Katie Holmes and the ubiquitous Scott Wolf, who always looks familiar, but I can never remember his name. Unfortunately, I had to "go" do outside chores during Bill's biggest scene, when he invites the boys home for dinner, so missed most of his part. But I did get to see him demonstrate, on Jay, the correct way to attach handcuffs.
This was filmed in 1999, and WF looked just the same, no younger. As TMZ would ask, "Good genes or good docs?"

He def seemed like a bit part guy til he got PB--He admitted he gets bored easily, even in his early days, he only stayed on a soap for six months, I'm shocked he stuck it out with PB. Or for that matter, Grace Under Fire, where he was Grace's BF for several months.

I'm looking through an Entertainment Weekly and see a photo for the new tv show, Chase. One of the guys in there looks familiar, even though he has a moustache. It's our Sucre, in for 13 episodes, playing the character Marco Martinez. The show is produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, a good sign, and is about U.S. Marshalls. So Sucre plays a good guy and gets to carry a gun.
Supernatural is one of my new favorite shows, the writing is so clever and sly and the actors are all good in their roles (especially the hottie Misha Collins, my fav to watch). As a late-comer, I'm about four years behind in catching up on reruns, but, as a Lost fan, I recognized Jacob a few weeks back. He had a recurring role as Lucifer. Yes, THAT Lucifer. So I looked Mark Pelligrino up on IMDB and it turns out he ALSO had a role on Prison Break as Patrick Vikan for two eps. I don't remember the name, but I THINK he played the handsome blond agent who came to get Scylla and got shot. I know I felt bad when that good-looking guy got shot as I am all for eye-candy on my tv screen.
Another Supernatural rerun featured the character Mars. Yes, THAT Mars. It was another Lost character, The Man In Black, Titus Welliver. So I looked him up on IMDB and he, TOO, had a role on Prison Break, playing "Scott" and "The Representative" in two episodes. And yeah, I don't remember who those characters were.
Anyway, there are two nice Prison Break/Lost connections. Maybe Peanut knows more details!

Mmm … eye candy! Even better when the guys have talent!
I think Titus played the guy who came to get Scylla and shot Gretchen. I've always liked him, ever since Falcone, years ago.
I took a look, and other than Dominic, it looks like most of the PB regulars have done at least one episode on some TV show or other, as well as movies.
Bill's in the new Nicholas Cage 3-D horror flick, Drive Angry, and is supposed to be part of the panel at ComicCon later this month. Went's getting pretty good press for the new Resident Evil, and apparently wrote the script for an upcoming film, Stoker.
Now that Heroes has been cancelled, I wonder if Robert will do more eps of Stargate: Universe. Did anyone see those? I started watching the show when it premiered, but lost interest long before Bob showed up. I'll definitely have to catch Amaury on Chase!
