Hello! Happy Good Friday and Easter!
Peanut, I don't think I attached any links to my PM -- maybe my little Hershey kiss icon got attached? I haven't had time to work on the online store in a couple of weeks. I'm redesigning it, and will post a note when the "new and improved" version is up and running.
I haven't made time for my photo trip -- been pulling weeds instead. Maybe soon, but the bluebonnets are fading already. There are plenty of other wildflowers blooming, though. The roadside looks like an Impressionist painting.
Wish I was going to Europe, Cindy! I hope you have great weather and worry-free airport experiences!
I am going to see Beowulfgirl later this month, for a quick trip. I think I'll have a summer-long contract job when I get back. Not a "permanent" job, but it sounds like fun and will be good money. Who knows -- maybe I can make connections to help me find a job when the contract position ends.
Have a good weekend, girls, and eat lots of chocolate bunnies!

Special basket for my girl Fish, since she is a Hershey girl... Start of the baseball season too..Jays won in 16 innings but they made mistakes that left me cringing. Perhaps we should have a trade and I'll take your rangers for the yr Fish, and you can have the jays... Had to laugh though as the crowd was screaming USA..USA..I assume since the Jays are a "Canadian" team but Ummm....no...the majority are from the US, DR, or Puerto Rico and ALL of them get paid in US $. So, not so much! Oh well. I'll give them a pass since it looked like most of them were freezing sitting in there stands with their winter gear/blankets. Gotta love early baseball! :-) Attachments:

aww Fish, you just missed my Hershey post for you! I was a second too late there! Oh well, I'll save it for you for next week!
Ohhhh...a road trip! Excellent, take me with you! So great when you can take off to visit friends! I'm soo jealous of the whole driving thing. I would love to boot all over the place to see friends as most are long distances these days...
Take pics of your road trip! Glad you found something for summer at least, and something tells me, they may just keep you on! (if they have any sense!)
Have a good weekend!

Eva Longoria Shares Sweet Cocktails with Amaury Nolasco
Interesting headline--there was a pic too but I was having trouble saving it. Seems they are long-time friends now considering romance. Striking couple that's for sure.

Ended up going to Mom's on Saturday --scored a roast beef dinner, some easter goodies and saw the hunger games--not as good as the books IMO but worth seeing --2 hrs went by fast.
Found another fun Wii activity I'm not half bad at--archery! Apparently, I like a good target! Hope you all had a nice weekend.

Made some french fries in the deep fryer today haven't used the thing in like 10 yrs as I'm always afraid of burning myself or heck, the whole house down. but I ended up with this HUGE bag of potatoes (15 lbs) and each one was enormous, so they were just begging to be deep fried. I only took a bit of skin off with the peeler, pre-cooked the potatoes for 6 min in the microwave (they were hard as a rock) and threw them in to the hot fryer a bit at a time after I sliced them into thick fries. To die for! Crispy on the outside, tender inside. I think the bit of pre-cooking helped them along.
I'll never love the deep fryer (thanks to my share of burns) but I'm so glad I bit the bullet and tried it out today. I was totally craving some killer fries and I got them without the fast food price tag!
Have a good weekend all!

Mmm … I love French fries! I tried to do a little yard work this weekend, but it was too windy. We got a lilttle rain, and were spared the bad weather that some folks had. Sad news about the ones in Oklahoma who died in the tornadoes. The Stanley Cup playoffs are underway, and neither the Sabres nor Stars are in, so I just catch pieces of games here and there. It's baseball season, though, which makes my sis very happy. And my college team has won 19 in a row. Have a good week, y'all!

Yes, the tornados made me think of Neira (since she now lives there) but I know she is ok because I see her on facebook. She is still driving around (cross country) and having lots of adventures finding good beer and great food, so I think she's all good!
I hope stuff settles down soon and EVERYBODY gets some kindness from mother nature.
Yes, I get excited for baseball season for about 2 months...then the yankees/red sox start to run away and you hear the toronto fans sigh from 100 miles away..lol Oh well, good ball is good ball.
Big "hi" to your sister Fish!

Hey guys, beautiful night here, back and forth to the library and everyone on the street was out. Dogs/kids you name 'em they were around. I think the middle school had a karate tournament going as I saw a kid of no more than 10 with a uniform on and on the back it said "black belt" Nice to know I can be taken out by a 10 yr old!
Walk was slow but at least I made it back okay. It's so humilating when everyone passes you..lol but who can blame them?
Not much planned for the weekend..hope you all enjoy!

71 guests? Hmmmm....that's quite a jump. Friends of friends thanks to hot pics ..lol or some sort of spammy thing? Anyway, hope you all (or y'all where Fish is) are enjoying the pics..we are getting quite the collection I would imagine. To the non-prisonbreakers I'm guessing we would look a tad.....obsessed?? Oh well, you have to admit, some good eye candy. Although thank goodness Bill is doing the lone ranger because he so needs new stuff!

No big plans with weekend--thinking maybe a walk down to Starbucks to get myself a strawberry frap--way overpriced but I'm a sucker for them and I don't do it often.
I'm just loving the new series "Touch" with Keiffer Sutherland. Great concept and so well done so far. If you get a chance and haven't yet, check it out.
All the rest of my shows have been something of a disappointment this year.
Mom and I are in need of some freebies for dinners out again, we are running low on those...too busy lately trying for the big concerts.
We got aerosmith tickets--I had no idea Steve Tyler was still fronting the band with his AI gig. Nice jobs if you can get them!
