Hello,
I've been seeing people claim that the speed serum reduces damage by 50% as a con to increasing attack speed. I have seen no evidence to support these claims. People are claiming that it's better just to use Brick orders on a AZ attack because serum reduces damage so the stack isn't worth it. Are these claims legit or false?
Any advice would be really welcome.
