Clairvoyancy and Other Ethereal Things

Well that was annoying. I typed a message and usually I highlight and copy cuz i've lost posts before and this time i didn't and as i hit reply I said in my head 'diagnose internet problem' (cuz that's what appears if my messages don't post) and that's what appeared! My internet had closed down. Freaky! So I lost my message.

Right so to start over, no haven't had anything except a dream the other night about her and I don't remember it but I woke up early in the morning around 4.30am or so trying to put my mom out of my head. It was as if there was something coming out as in the grief or acceptance or something, as a result of the dream that I wasn't ready to deal with yet. Obviously my subconcious thinks I am. Was awake for ages and just trying to get back to sleep and think of anything else. Eventually I feel asleep about an hour before my alarm went off!

Then this morning I had a freaky dream but nothing to do with mom and woke up around 5am or so and couldn't get back to sleep until a short while before alarm went off! Grrrr

The bits I remember about this dream are that I was in a large room with people. We were all sitting down at a wedding reception or some kind of reception and this guy came in (ramdom dream guy that i don't recall ever seeing in real life) but I knew he was bad. He pulled a gun and I yelled for everyone to get down which they did. I was dragging myself across the floor and he was firing under the tables at me. Somehow, don't remember how, but I got his gun and then I realised that he had wanted me to cuz he wanted my fingerprints on the gun!! WTH!

Oh and Joan Collins was in it too?? I was watching an interview with her in it but that was over a week ago so I don't know why she popped into my dream!

Then there was also a body in this building in a kind of hole thing with a cover on it and I was trying to prevent my niece from seeing this dead body but apparantly the cover was really a window but was all murky and dark from the water and she did see the body bobbing up and hitting off the glass!! Ewwww. Why is this crap in my head? Oh and I think the dead person was related to Joan Collins. Very strange indeed. And the dead person was also just a random never before seen dream person.

Too weird.

I was frickin' exhausted after all that! haha

Wow--exhausted is right. No wonder, you were running all over lol Yeah, I've had a couple issues with messages on here too lately. I thought I lost one but it had already posted and the message board yelled at me for posting twice in under 15 seconds lol

Peanut, you are so in-touch with ethereal happenings that you know when you are going to lose a post! It sounds like I am joking, but I am not. I've had people call me a short while after I've thought of them for no reason, although that has never worked when I think of Denis Leary or Jeffrey Donovan or Gerard Butler.

On a serious note, about your dreams: I used to have horrible dreams about decapitation, dead bodies, people being murdered, on and on, nearly every night, and I would wake up exhausted. I remember one dream where I was being chased by someone with one of those underwater harp o on guns, and another where I had to call for help, but there was a bloody dead body in the telephone booth. Another dream featured witches flying around, chasing me.

So here is what I did: In the dream, I would stop everything and say, "This is only a dream, so knock it off, go away." I remember doing that at least twice, and those bad dreams never happened after that. I was amazed that my subconscious could be in control of itself. I used the same technique for those "falling" dreams, or dreams where you are running but not going anywhere. I would just say "stop this, it's just a dream." I haven't had a scary dream for years now.

Wow, those are seriously messed up dreams Ginger haha! Yeh I do that in dreams too. Not so much saying 'stop this' but I kind of just 'know' in my head that it's a dream and I run with it. Like when Joan Collins showed up in my dream I do remember wondering why and then, in my dream, remembering that I had seen her in an interview the week before but still finding it odd considering it had been a week and it's not like I'm an avid fan or anything.

Have had no weird dreams since (well I probably have but nothing I recall). Have a vague recollection of a dream with my niece in it which I remembered when I woke up but is gone now. Think we were in a nite club or something.

No ethereal things to report either.
