Nelra, I'm with Cindy here. Why take you out to break the news? However, on the bright, maybe this is the kick in the pants you need to move to greener pastures. I sincerely hope your job search goes well and that you find a place you can connect with.
Just an FYI. As a teacher, I'm constantly observed (4 times a year) and, practically speaking, my supervisors have never tried to soften any blow (fear not, all my evals have been good). All my evals take place at school. Eating lunch is a pipe dream;) I always lose my planning period (which I HATE.). Ug, bottom line, evals are a pain.

Hey guys.
Agree, agree - evaluations are a HUGE pain. Hate them. I feel for you, nelra. And I can understand not wanting to be in sales - I HATE sales.
Cindy - nope, I haven't gotten my Secret Santa present yet.

OMG niera first he tells you that $%^^ then he says you aren't reacting right? Please. Get out of there ASAP. And man, call me shallow, but I would totally stop filling the paper tray...then when someone asked where all the paper was I'd say "I don't know..maybe it's with all the evaluation forms." lol
Sabina: Hmmm...I'd ask Jen to email Santa just to be sure, since all the rest of us seem to have gotten it. I hope there wasn't a name mix up.

Hey guys. How was your weekend? Mine not so good.. Jay and I both seemed to be PMS'ing so it was just not a fun weekend. Sabina I sent your santa a message to see if it's been sent. Reviews... yuck. I still haven't gotten mine from September! Basically since they're not giving out raises I think they figure why do the review? I was unaware it was going to snow today.. or I wouldn't have worn dress shoes! ugh

Jen, just assume it will snow everyday, it's all it does here My Dad is here for a few days and he already annoyed me with one phone call. Just assumes I'm going to come running because he is here. LOL he is from TN and shows up with no winter coat when it's -7 and acts all surprised that it's snowing. Ummm..you were raised here, you do know about winter right? :-)

Ugh... So I've been borrowing my parents car when mine was in the shop and while they've been putting the remote start in that Jay got me for xmas... well a while back my dad said that his car has been having a hard time starting... yet the whole time I had it I never had a problem... till now. I was at their house for dinner and went to leave and it wouldn't start. So dad came out and he couldn't start it... so i had to take their other car... but mom has a dr apt tomorrow morning at 10:10... which Maddie and I now have to take her to... but what bugs me is that my dad's all upset about it... like it's my fault. ugh... drama.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I do need a kick to get out there and look for a new job. Things have been going downhill and I have a few work friends that are also looking elsewhere, so it is not just me having issues.
Jen-Family drama is the best kind, right? Uh no, with having a large family, there is always some type of drama happening.
In happier news, I am heading to New York City in a few weeks. I cant wait, I have never been there and I so looking foward to the trip.

Cindy hops into neira's suitcase to see the big Apple!
Jen: If it makes you feel any better, everytime I'm in Mom's car, something breaks down. I'm not kidding. Last week we're driving along and it was LOUD. It sounded like a race car. My Mom was all "It wasn't doing this yesterday."
Turn's out, there was a huge hole in the muffler/pipe. Last yr, she's parked out in front of my place (ready to go to the States) and it won't start as soon as I get in (loose wire under the hood) It's happened 4 times in the last year..and I always say "You should be nicer to me as it seems I have exceptional "car powers" LOL
I'm telling you, I think women have certain energies that can be used for good or bad ;D

Jen : I just use the bold feature now because the actual quote comes out tiny unless you tweek it. Yes, it is kind of fun and I'm telling you, it always seems to be around that certain time:-)
ETA: to bold, just hit bold and copy text between the 2 <b> symbols.

Hey guys.
This weekend my friend from university is coming to visit - and she'll most likely bring her two big(ish) dogs. So that should be fun. Other than that - cleaning and shopping I guess!
Jen...I've joined a Biggest Loser competition at my gym - it's good in that I have more incentive to actually GO to the gym regularly.

Jen: What about the toys in mouth issue for Maddie?
Sabina: Very cool. (Though I still hate the name of the show) I was watching the other night, and they kept the biggest whiner (only because they want to see her partner come back) but I vote for a name change. Biggest Crier and/or whiner. urgh.
I hear snow is coming AGAIN. So my hopes of checking out the new gym will likely fall by the first snowflake. Thank goodness I have books
ETA: Jen, you've been holding out on me, Izzie's Dad author has a new Misa fic and you didn't tell me!
