I hear you on Misa Gingerbird. Total disappointment. No kissing, bearly any touching, totally ridiculous. No fire at all. Little scenes could have conveyed so much and they totally blew it IMO. I was so looking forward to SWC return, only to be so disappointed. Forget the GF aspect..she's hardly even part of the plan. Yet, I LOVE the group aspect this season. Sucre, Mahone, Linc, Mike have to say I never bought Self's turncoat ways....it just makes no sense.

Michael should be all over Sara, but seems more interested in Mahone (not that I mind . . .) I just think that SWC could be used better. I have no problem with her per se, just the storyline. |

Man, WM used to be smoking hot. That was one of my favorite pics of him. Now, I guess he's still cute, but he just doesn't have that whole chiseled, model-hot, exotic thing going on that he used to. The extra chub is just not working for him.
About the Michael/Sara scenes - I totally agree! I rewatched some season 2 scenes yesterday from Rendevouz and Chicago. I rewound those scenes multiple times trying to figure out what they had that is missing from this season's M/S scenes. I think it might be because their relationship used to be taboo - whether season 1 in the prison because of the whole prisoner/doctor thing, or season 2 when she really shouldn't trust him/still be angry with him for lying to her thing.
Now that they are free and clear to have a relationship, it's just not going anywhere. I think if maybe TPTB put the same thought and time and "weight" (no WM pun intended, heh) into their current scenes as they had in seasons 1 and 2, it would work now. Those scenes meant something, you know? They were slower-paced and helped to break up some of the action. They gave us a glimpse into Michael's real thoughts and fears and concerns, as he explained them to the doc, rather than just super planning mode.
I feel like for the past 2 seasons TPTB have been so concerned with plot and zip-bam-boom! type of action that they have neglected character.
Whatevs. Sorry for rambling, but I'm just trying to figure out where everything went so wrong for this show. If you have them, rewatch seasons 1 and 2. Compare and contrast. Worlds apart.
I really hope they end it after this season. I'm just sticking in there to see how it ends.

Oh hep I know. I'm sooo over the blue shirt that shows all the weight. I'm the last one to complain about gaining weight (ahem) but wow. Dress him better to cover it up, not worse. and ITA the writers are so focused on action, everything else got sacrified. I hope it ends this yr too because to be honest, I don't see SWC sticking around unless they throw money at her (which I doubt they will do with current economics) so just end it nicely and I really hope it's before March because seriously 3 months for 6 more eppies?
Getting back on topic..pretty farm boy indeed LOL

Oh...that one's new to me. You mean the weight now or the weight in the pic (or lack thereof) He quit smoking a few months back so I'm betting he started snacking some. No biggie but don't leave him in the same clothes week after week, it just doesn't look good.
